6153 (b): Parent/Guardian Permission Slip for Extended Day/Overnight Field Trip
Form 6153 (b):
An extended field trip is any school sponsored, properly authorized activity which takes students away from the regularly constituted school premises or from their homes for a period extending over one or more nights. All such trips shall be limited to members of a specific class or classes or an existing school group and shall provide learning opportunities related to the program and objectives of that class or school group.
