The candidate must have:
a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
a valid Wisconsin DPI Certification (or in the process)
a passion for Catholic education
a strong work ethic
superior communication and interpersonal skills
solid technology skills
outstanding classroom management skills
the ability to provide a secure, comfortable, respectful, and inviting learning atmosphere which motivates and challenges students to achieve at their highest level
The candidate must be:
able to work well with a team and create a collaborative, positive environment
able to implement a variety of teaching strategies/techniques
able to possess and use differentiated instruction and assessment formats, taking into account the needs of all students
willing to use assessment data and knowledge of students to effectively plan instruction
willing to implement rigorous standards and expectations
willing to take on additional duties and responsibilities that support the overall program and school community
committed to academic excellence at all times
