Assume the leadership of the school in the Principal’s absence.

Work closely and collaboratively with the Principal on all administrative matters.

Assist in establishing, implementing and maintaining high standards and expectations of the staff and students.

Assist in monitoring extracurricular activities and attending meetings during and outside of the regular school day.

Conducting teacher observations.

Assist in designing and implementing professional development.

Communicates with the staff, students and parents of the St. Robert school in a positive and professional manner.

Assist with supervision during arrival, dismissal, lunch, and recess.

Assist with the development of school procedures.

Assist in the process of obtaining and assigning substitute teachers.

Assist with monitoring lesson plans.
-
Assist with the creation of student and staff schedules.
-
Assist in the interviewing and hiring process of faculty and staff members.
-
Support the teaching of the Catholic Church.

Performs any and all duties as specified by the Principal.
