Primary Function of This Position:
The Front Office Manager assists in meeting the day-to-day requests of all those who contact and/or visit the parish office, serving in the ministry of hospitality, oftentimes being the welcoming face of Saint Frances Cabrini. The Front Office Manager coordinates campus-wide scheduling, volunteers, and the daily activity within the office. The Front Office Manager provides clerical support for the priests, as well as the pastoral staff as needed. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday: 8:00am-4:30pm
Major Responsibilities and Regular Activities:
- Answers phones, greets visitors in a welcoming manner
- Manages the ACS parishioner information database, and manages the facilities calendar for the parish.
- Assists the pastor in managing parish records, including sacramental registers and Mass intentions; regularly updates parish information for the Archdiocese and prepares reports when needed.
- Provides administrative support to the office departments.
- With the Director of Administrative Services, assists in management of office equipment (phones, copiers, postage machine, etc)
- Other Duties as assigned.

- Practicing Catholic with knowledge of Parish life.
- Warm and Welcoming Disposition
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and grammatical knowledge
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google
- Ability to learn various software utilized in phone/security/database/facility operations.
- Willingness to learn and comply with Archdiocesan policies and templates
- Highly organized with a keen ability to prioritize tasks
- Creative Problem Solving skills
Education, training and/or experience:
- High School diploma plus 3-5 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
