Development

• Rebuild and oversee the parish giving program. 

• Plan and coordinate all annual fundraising initiatives, special events, and major gift appeals.

• Engage key volunteers in implementing mission-based fundraising.

• Work to create and support a culture of philanthropy and stewardship with the school and parish community.

• Help identify, cultivate, and solicit individual donors, benefactors, and business sponsors.

• Responsible for merging all donor data between parish and school and managing it going forward. 

• Implement and manage the annual campaign calendar.

• Collaborate with, or lead, various volunteer committees.

• Work in partnership with the Admissions Director to promote school enrollment growth.

Communications, Marketing, and Constituent Relations

• Set and implement writing and design standards for school and parish communications such as marketing materials, school newsletter, direct mail, and brochures.

• Media relations including advertising in local media outlets and press releases.

• Updates parish and school websites and social media accounts.

• Produce the school annual fund report.

• Identify, recruit, and engage volunteers.

• Volunteer planning and management.

• Work closely with school staff and volunteers.
