Catholic Charismatic Renewal

Seeks to facilitate spiritual growth and renewal for individuals, parishes and communities.

The primary role of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal is to lead others to a personal Pentecost in which they develop their relationship with the Lord and deepen their commitment of service. This happens by being empowered with the gifts of the Holy Spirit as described in 1 Corinthians 12:4-10.

As they encounter the living Christ in themselves and others, the Holy Spirit is able to activate many of the gifts they received at Baptism and Confirmation. These gifts have, for many, remained dormant. Or, sometimes they aren’t dormant, but they don’t realize God is trying to work through them. At the center of all of this is our personal relationship with the Most Holy Trinity.

Every Christian is called to use their gifts for the building up of the Kingdom of God, in whatever ways God calls them to. God is not limited: He works lovingly through all.

For more information, explore the website of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal of Southeastern Wisconsin at www.ccrmilwaukee.com. Contact us for ways to connect with others who either have experienced this Baptism in the Holy Spirit, or desire to, and to grow in the gifts needed at this time in the Church.

All are welcome! We strive for holiness together!
