Rooted in Catholic values, we partner with families to inspire a lifelong love of learning and service to others. The Afternoon 4K Teaching Aide supports the lead 4K teacher in providing a safe, caring, and engaging classroom environment for our youngest learners. The aide assists with classroom activities, supervision, and preparing projects, helping to ensure that each child feels valued and supported in their early educational experience.  This role is for Monday - Friday from 11:30 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.

• Assist the lead teacher with daily classroom activities, lessons, and projects.

• Supervise and engage children during playtime, snack time, rest time, and outdoor activities.

• Foster a positive, nurturing, and faith-based environment consistent with the school’s mission.

• Support classroom routines and transitions to maintain a calm and organized atmosphere.

• Help prepare and clean up classroom materials and supplies.

• Communicate effectively and respectfully with students, staff, and parents.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

• Participate in staff meetings or trainings as needed.
