Collaborate with the lead teacher to deliver daily lesson plans aligned with the Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards and the school’s religious curriculum.

Provide individualized or small-group assistance to students—particularly those needing additional guidance with literacy, math, social skills, or self-regulation.

Maintain a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere, reinforcing Christ‑centered values through modeling and encouragement.

Supervise students during classroom transitions, lunch/snack breaks, recess, arrival/dismissal, bathroom routines, and school-wide events.

Prepare and organize instructional materials, educational displays, religious art projects, and manipulatives.

Assist in observing students’ developmental, academic, social, and behavioral progress, reporting insights to the lead teacher.

Communicate warmly and professionally with students, parents, staff, and volunteers—often during pick-up/drop-off times.

Support school liturgies, prayer services, celebrations, and classroom-based religion activities.

Participate in classrooms’ housekeeping and sanitizing routines to maintain a healthy, orderly environment.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Principal, lead teacher, or pastor.
