Leading and Managing the Front Office for our Parish:
- This includes database administration, new member onboarding, volunteer management and all aspects of office support.
Small Groups Coordination:
- This involves coordinating with small group leaders, organizing the communication plan, organizing sign-ups and ordering and distributing materials.
Stewardship Renewal:
- Having oversight of this collaborative, cyclical initiative (Dec - Jan). Involves assimilating parishioner input and preparing materials for communication to our parishioners.
Social Media Engagement:
- Some involvement in posting weekly content on social media (preferred but not required).
