Administer the school lunch program in coordination with the local school district and food service vendor
Prepare and distribute a weekly online school newsletter
Coordinate and secure substitute teachers as needed
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing student records
Collaborate closely with the other part-time secretary to ensure smooth office operations
Fulfill other duties as directed by the principal
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and online communication tools
Highly organized and able to multitask in a busy school environment
Previous experience in a school or office setting preferred
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold the values of a Catholic school community
Must complete Safe Environment Training offered by the Archdiocese of Milwaukee
Must successfully pass a criminal background check
