Coordinate logistics for Advancement events, including managing guest lists, preparing materials, assisting with setup, and providing on-site support

Support donor stewardship through timely and accurate donation processing and acknowledgment letter generation

Maintain the donor database by entering gifts, updating records, and generating reports

Assist with Advancement marketing and communications: prepare print and email communications, update the website, and contribute to event promotion and digital engagement

Support the Advancement team in coordinating mailings, appeals, donor acknowledgments, and solicitations

Provide administrative support to the President and VP of Advancement, including scheduling, managing calendars, preparing correspondence, and organizing materials

Maintain inventory of printed materials and supplies, including management of postage meter

Greet guests and assist with meeting preparation as needed

Other duties as assigned to support Advancement efforts
