The assistant helps coordinate group visits, manages scheduling and logistics, and occasionally leads tours. They assist in the Basilica Gift Shop and support docent training. They help with donor communication, events, and outreach programs. The role also includes updating online content and responding to visitor and volunteer inquiries.
