Director of Administrative Services (Part-Time) Holy Trinity Parish

Holy Trinity Parish is seeking a qualifed and dependable Director of Administrative Services for a part-time (25 hours/week) position.  This role support the parish's financial and administrative operations and is ideal for someone organized, trustworthy, and experienced with bookkeeping or office management.

 

 

Qualifications

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage parish finances, including paying bills and processing payroll
  • Oversee employee benefits and coordinate annual enrollment
  • Prepare budgets in collaboration with the Finance Council
  • Provide financial reports and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure pairsh policies are up to date and followed
