Serve as the primary point of contact for the school office, providing professional and welcoming communication to families, staff, and visitors.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and assist with coordination of meetings and school events.
Prepare letters, reports, and other documents as needed.
Support daily office functions such as answering phones, sorting mail, maintaining office supplies, and organizing records.
Assist the Principal and leadership team with special projects and tasks as assigned.
Manage all aspects of tuition billing, including entering charges, processing payments, and tracking outstanding balances.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in the school’s billing system.
Communicate professionally with families regarding payment plans, billing questions, and past-due accounts.
Generate monthly statements, reports, and summaries for leadership review.
Track student attendance for afterschool care programs.
Prepare and issue weekly/monthly invoices to families.
Coordinate payments and ensure accurate reconciliation with financial records.
Assist in processing School Choice applications and verifying required documentation.
Maintain organized and compliant records for Choice audits and reporting.
Support families through the application process by providing information and answering questions.
Collaborate with administration to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience in an administrative or school office setting strongly preferred.
Familiarity with school billing systems or financial software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
