Foster a Christ-centered classroom environment aligned with Catholic teachings.
Incorporate prayer, liturgy, and religious values into daily lessons and interactions.
Curriculum Planning and Instruction
Develop and deliver engaging, standards-based lessons across core subjects (e.g., math, language arts, science, and social studies).
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs and learning styles.
Classroom Management and Student Development
Establish a positive, respectful, and structured learning environment.
Promote students’ academic, social, and emotional growth with age-appropriate strategies.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with parents, colleagues, and administration to support student learning and development.
Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and school events.
Assessment and Record Keeping
Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and guide instruction.
Maintain accurate records of student performance and behavior.
Professional and Faith-Based Growth
Engage in ongoing professional development and catechetical training as required by the diocese.
Model Christian values in both professional and personal conduct.
Bachelor’s Degree and one of the following:
Wisconsin teacher license
Willingness to complete 12 semester hours of credit in teacher education from an accredited institution.
