Human Resource Specialist

The HR Specialist assists with: maintaining HR documentation; oversee the hiring process including employee contracts, tracking time-off and employee training; supports payroll and benefits administration; conduct annual handbook reviews, assist in budgeting for payroll and benefits; and serve as a back-up for various business office functions as needed. 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, with relevant work experience.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Enterprise products.  Strong communication, organizational and teamwork skills.

Salary commensurate with experience. Fifty percent tuition remission. Competitive benefits package including health insurance, retirement benefits, etc. Benefits subject to eligibility criteria. Salary depending on experience; in the range of $65K, to be negotiated
