Instructional Aide 3K

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the lead teacher with instruction and classroom activities
  • Supervise and engage with 3K students during learning and play
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment
  • Help with classroom organization and daily routines
  • Take initiative in supporting students and classroom needs
  • Assist in the Extended Care Program from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with young children preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow routines
  • Dependable, patient, and nurturing
  • Able to work collaboratively with a teaching team
  • Must pass background check and complete Safe Environment Training of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee
