    Key Responsibilities and Duties
     
  • Serve as a spiritual and instructional leader, fostering a strong Catholic identity throughout the school.
     
  • Ensure that Catholic teachings, traditions, and values are fully integrated into all aspects of school life.
     
  • Oversee academic excellence through curriculum development, faculty mentorship, and student achievement.
     
  • Collaborate with the pastor, faculty, and parents to nurture a vibrant academic and faith-based community.
     
  • Provide visionary leadership in school operations, finances, and enrollment management.
     
  • Model and promote Catholic moral and ethical values, inspiring students to grow in their faith and relationship with Christ.

Qualifications



● Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church, demonstrating a strong personal commitment to Catholic education and values.

● Master’s degree in Educational Administration, with a current license or an approved study plan in progress.

● Wisconsin Administrator License (51) required.

● Minimum of three years of teaching experience, preferably in a Catholic school setting.

● Previous administrative experience preferred, with a proven ability to lead faculty, staff, and students effectively.

● Dedication to academic excellence and faith formation, fostering both intellectual and spiritual growth in students.

● Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships within the school and parish community.
