St. Boniface School is seeking an energetic, engaging, and innovative kindergarten/first grade teacher to join our team as a long term substitute with an aide. The aide will be student teaching in that classroom in the second semester. Our school has a long tradition of providing academic excellence in a small, family-focused environment.

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the school's curriculum and Catholic teachings.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. 
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and promote academic growth.
• Integrate Catholic values and teachings into daily lessons and classroom activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to support the overall development of the students.
• Assess student progress regularly and provide timely feedback to promote continuous improvement.
• Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
