Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable Learning Support Teacher to join our faculty. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, parents, the principal, and the special education team to support students with diverse learning needs, ensuring access to a rigorous, high-quality education for all.

This position could be full-time or part-time. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and instruction to students with learning differences. (Tier 2 and Tier 3 Reading and Math support).
   

• Develop and implement individualized learning plans and accommodations in collaboration with classroom teachers and our special education team.
   

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to differentiate instruction.
   

• Conduct informal assessments and monitor student progress.
   

• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and support staff.
   

• Serve as a resource in best practices for inclusive education.
   

• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school-wide activities.
