Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate religion lessons to students in grades 6–8, following the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Religion Curriculum.

Integrate Catholic values, traditions, and teachings into classroom instruction and school culture.

Prepare students for participation in liturgical celebrations, sacraments, prayer services, and retreats.

Foster a respectful, inclusive classroom environment rooted in Gospel values and the dignity of every student.

Collaborate with faculty, administration, and parish staff to support the faith life of the school community.

Model and encourage active participation in Catholic life and service.

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student spiritual and academic growth.

Maintain accurate records of student progress and adhere to school-wide expectations for classroom management, assessment, and behavior.

Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and school events as required.
