Essential Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate religion lessons to students in grades 6–8, following the Archdiocese of Milwaukee Religion Curriculum.

• Integrate Catholic values, traditions, and teachings into classroom instruction and school culture.

• Prepare students for participation in liturgical celebrations, sacraments, prayer services, and retreats.

• Foster a respectful, inclusive classroom environment rooted in Gospel values and the dignity of every student.

• Collaborate with faculty, administration, and parish staff to support the faith life of the school community.

• Model and encourage active participation in Catholic life and service.

• Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student spiritual and academic growth.

• Maintain accurate records of student progress and adhere to school-wide expectations for classroom management, assessment, and behavior.

• Participate in professional development, faculty meetings, and school events as required.
