Essential Job Functions:

• Assist the classroom teacher with daily classroom operations and instructional activities
• Work with students one-on-one, in small groups, or whole class settings to reinforce learning objectives
• Support classroom management and help create an environment conducive to learning
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, transitions, and other designated times to ensure their safety and well-being
• Assist with clerical and administrative tasks including preparing materials and managing supplies
• Participate in school-wide emergency drills and help implement safety protocols
• Attend staff meetings and professional development sessions as requested
• Document and report significant student interactions or concerns to the teacher and/or principal
