The Physical Education Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering a comprehensive PE curriculum that promotes physical fitness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy lifestyles. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and dedicated to helping students grow through movement and physical activity in a fun, respectful, and supportive environment.
- Design and implement age-appropriate physical education lessons for students in grades 3K–8.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that encourages student participation and personal growth.
- Promote positive character development, teamwork, and respectful behavior through physical activity.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support school-wide events and wellness initiatives.
- Maintain and manage equipment and instructional spaces.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field (required).
- Valid Wisconsin teaching license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to the mission of Catholic education; practicing Catholic preferred.
