• Leadership Team Collaboration: Work alongside fellow administrative leaders on the Leadership Team to drive school-wide initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement at all levels of Catholic Central High School. Lead with transparency, teamwork, and an unwavering commitment to the success of our entire school community.
• Faculty Leadership: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive environment for faculty and staff, providing regular coaching and feedback. Drive professional development to ensure continuous improvement in teaching practices and student achievement.
