Principal

 

Key responsibilities include fostering a Catholic environment and identity, curriculum development, faculty/staff supervision, budget management, facility administration, development/fundraising oversight, Coordinator for the Choice and Special Needs Program, communication with the school, parish, and community, and collaboration with the Archdiocesan Schools Office.

 

Qualifications

Desired qualifications:

  • Faith-filled and practicing Roman Catholic who will partake in our parish mission statement “The Hands of Christ…Open to All”
  • Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction Principal’s License or in process
  • A passion for educational excellence
  • Ability to work collegially with faculty, parents and parish community
  • Excellent organizational, budgetary, and management skills
  • Effective oral and written communicator
  • Continues his/her own professional and spiritual development
