1. The individual will carry out the vision, mission and philosophy of All Saints Catholic School by seeing that its Catholic spirit influences the educational program.
2. The individual should be technologically adept or willing to learn.
3. The individual will help foster a love of the natural world for the students in grades 6-8, using science inquiry as a basis for learning.
4. The individual will effectively use assessment data and knowledge of students to plan instruction for all students.
5. The individual will create an engaging environment for learning – creating high expectations, managing student behavior, and providing feedback.
6. The individual will collaborate with the other middle school teachers and colleagues to plan, evaluate, implement, and maintain the school curriculum and other school events, while helping to create a positive working spirit and atmosphere among all stakeholders in the All Saints community.
