Science Teacher (Physics Emphasis) – 2025-2026 School Year

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about teaching and inspiring adolescents to reach their full potential. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, positive presence within the school community, eager to build strong relationships with colleagues and community partners, and dedicated to creating an outstanding model of learning. The successful candidate will be qualified to teach Physics and AP Physics.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required.
  • A DPI teaching license is preferred. However, we will consider unlicensed candidates who demonstrate strong content knowledge and a desire to pursue licensure.
  • Strong expertise in science education, particularly Physics.
  • Experience in managing and coordinating educational programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work with students of varying abilities in a high school setting.
