Dominican High School is seeking a dynamic, dedicated and inspiring
leader to be its next Boys’ and Girls’ Track & Field Head Coach,
beginning with the 2025-2026 school year. The Coach will be
expected to build upon the strong foundation of team success,
including State-qualifying student-athletes in 2019 and 2021-2025.
Position responsibilities:
The Head Coach will provide effective leadership of Dominican High School
student-athletes, assembly and oversight of the coaching staff, coordination of
planning for practices and meets, and other duties as directed by the Athletic
Director. The Head Coach will have ultimate responsibility for individual skill
development and team performance. The Head Coach will be expected to be an
active member of the Dominican High School Community and lead the Track &
Field program in accordance with the school's Five Pillars: Truth, Compassion,
Justice, Community, and Partnership.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Passion for the sport and commitment to a culture of athletic
excellence is required. Candidates will have knowledge of WIAA and
NFHS track & field rules and will demonstrate prior experience and
success with Track & Field teams at the high school level or college
level. Archdiocesan “Safe Environment” training is necessary before
start date. Anticipated contract start date will be March 15, 2026.
