Jim Lundholm-Eades Director of Programs and Services for the Leadership Roundtable, at the Gathering of Deacons and Lay Ministers.
Prior to joining The Leadership Roundtable on Church Management, Jim served as Director of Parish Services and Planning for the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis. He has held several ministerial roles in both in this diocese, and the diocese in his home country, Australia. Jim holds graduate degrees in pastoral counseling, counseling, educational administration and business administration. Through his work at The Leadership Roundtable, Jim works with parishes and dioceses to help them prepare for leadership in the future.
