Holy Trinity Parish is seeking a qualified and dependable Director of Administrative Services to support the parish’s financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage parish finances, including paying bills and processing payroll
  • Oversee employee benefits and coordinate annual enrollment
  • Prepare budgets in collaboration with the Finance Council
  • Provide financial reports and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure parish policies are current and consistently followed

Qualifications:

  • Bookkeeping experience required
  • Experience with QuickBooks Desktop preferred
