Director of Administrative Services
Holy Trinity Parish
Holy Trinity Parish is seeking a qualified and dependable Director of Administrative Services to support the parish’s financial and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage parish finances, including paying bills and processing payroll
- Oversee employee benefits and coordinate annual enrollment
- Prepare budgets in collaboration with the Finance Council
- Provide financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Ensure parish policies are current and consistently followed
Qualifications:
- Bookkeeping experience required
- Experience with QuickBooks Desktop preferred
