Holy Trinity Parish is seeking a qualified and dependable part-time Director of Administrative Services (24-28 Hours a week). This role supports the parish’s financial and administrative operations and is ideal for someone who is organized, trustworthy, and experienced in office management.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage parish finances, including paying bills and processing payroll
- Oversee employee benefits and coordinate annual enrollment
- Prepare budgets in collaboration with the Finance Council
- Provide financial reports and maintain accurate records
- Ensure parish policies are up to date and followed
