Emmaus 90 Formation Sessions

Every Thursday (the day of the Eucharist), Emmaus 90 pilgrims will receive a 30-minute formation session livestream. (7pm English. 6pm Spanish.)

Our formation will follow the four movements of the story of the disciples on the road to Emmaus in Luke 24:13-35:

  • Jesus drew close (How to put the conditions in our lives to recognize and converse with him).
  • He interpreted the Scriptures to them (How we understand what Sacred Scripture teaches us about the Eucharist).
  • Their eyes were opened in the breaking of the bread (How to fully, actively, consciously participate in the Mass).
  • They set out at once to share the good news (How to go out on mission to others as Eucharistic Missionaries).

Taught by Archdiocesan and National leaders, these sessions will help pilgrims to enter into daily prayer with the Scriptures provided for the week and the weekly discussions with their small group. Session recordings will be posted on our Pilgrim Page for those who cannot participate live. Speakers to be announced.
