National Catholic Schools Week
Nearly 31,000 students and 2,650 teachers and staff throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee will participate in activities showcasing Catholic education during Catholic Schools Week, Jan. 29 – Feb. 4, 2017.

Archbishop Jerome E. Listecki will concelebrate a Mass of Thanksgiving with newly appointed bishops Jeffrey R. Haines and James T. Schuerman at 10:30 a.m., today in Christ the King Chapel at St. Francis de Sales Seminary, 3527 S. Lake Drive, St. Francis, 53235. Mass is open to the media and opportunities for interviews will be available following Mass.
Day of Reflection Planned for NBCC Congress XII

Black Catholic Workshop Series Begins Jan. 21, 2017
Most Reverend Bishop Joseph Perry, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Chicago, will be the keynote speaker for a kick-off event for a local workshop series, “What We Have Seen and Heard,” a Pastoral Letter on Evangelization, by the Black Bishops of the United States.

MILWAUKEE - On November 5, all are welcome to attend the inaugural VIP (Very Important Parishes) event, where four churches within the Archdiocese of Milwaukee open their doors for the first time to give an exclusive look inside, as well as a rare chance to go “beyond the pew.”
