The purpose of this pamphlet is to explain the process the Roman Catholic Church uses to judge cases of alleged criminal acts against Church law by clergy accused of sexual abuse of minors. This information is meant to be helpful to victim/survivors, others called to testify as witnesses, and any interested parties.
