The Administrative Assistant supports the school office by providing clerical, organizational, and student-centered assistance while fostering a welcoming, faith-filled environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, is proactive and creative, and is comfortable using technology to support school operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet students, families, staff, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Provide general administrative and clerical support (answering phones, managing emails, filing, scheduling, etc.)
- Assist students who come to the office with minor needs or injuries (basic first aid and comfort care)
- Support teachers and administrators with day-to-day tasks and special projects
- Use technology and digital tools to create documents, flyers, communications, and other school materials
- Help maintain a calm, organized, and welcoming front office environment
- Uphold and support the mission and values of Catholic education
