Parish and School Employee Handbook Template and Analysis

This manual is designed to create and maintain a Parish and School Human Resource Handbook for employees of the parish and/or school.

The manual consists of two parts: 

Handbook Template
Sample employee manual topics and potential verbiage that assist in defining policies and expectation. Each entity must personalize to reflect its own culture.

Analysis Section
The analysis pages gives background and alternatives for the wording in handbook section.

Send an email to the Office of Parish and School Human Resources with “Employee Manual Template” in subject line to receive the Word document of the template to save time typing.  Please be aware that each parish and/or school must customize.  This template is intended to be used as a reference rather than copied verbatim.
