Status Animarum Instructions

The Status Animarum is an annual parish report that compiles general information and statistics for the central offices of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee.

As in the last few years, the 2024-2025 Status Animarum survey is being administered at the same time as the Official Catholic Directory (OCD) updating. The data reported should be from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025. The report is in the form of a Survey Monkey. As you complete the data input you simply move from screen to screen. Please complete the data survey by October 29, 2025. Be sure to click "Done" to submit the survey.  When we have collected all the surveys, each parish will receive a PDF of the completed survey via email.
