The New Business Administrator Institute (NBAI) is a training program designed for new business managers in the Archdiocese.
The New Business Administrator Institute (NBAI) is a training program designed for new business managers in the Archdiocese, but open to any parish staff or leaders who may benefit from the curriculum. NBAI consists of four full-day sessions at the Archdiocesan Mary Mother of the Church Pastoral Center, which cover a number of topics and presentations on Finance, HR, Facilities, Stewardship, Evangelization, and more. Additionally, business managers are provided with individual, customized time with a parish finance consultant. The consultants are available to assist with parish needs around the budgeting process, CFS’s, year-end practices, etc. Cost to the parish is a one-time fee of $200 that will cover the consultant’s time, all materials and lunch on institute days.
