Jay Balachandran, MD
Dr. Jay graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health in 2003. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, during which time he was named Chief Resident. He has completed fellowship training in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine at Harvard Medical School and fellowship training in Sleep Medicine at the University of Chicago Medical Center. He is the Chair for Hospital Specialty Medicine at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's and is one of Milwaukee's Top Doctors in Pulmonary/ Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine. Dr. Balachandran is Board Certified in Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine.
Anna De La Pena, MD
Dr. Anna De La Pena is an internist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and is affiliated with Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital Milwaukee. She received her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine and has been in practice between 11-20 years.
Debra Engebos, AUD
Debra specializes in working with people of all ages who have hearing, balance and ear-related problems. Fr. Engebos also specializes in amplification options, including fitting and dispensing of hearing aids and hearing aid care. She earned a doctorate from audiology from Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Engebos earned her bachelor of science degree from Michigan Technological University and her master's degree in audiology from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
Nathan Ferda, MD
Nathan Ferda is a family medicine physician with Ascension. He provides primary care to patients of all ages. He views himself as a healthcare adviser who partners his medical knowledge with the patients' values and goals to create a shared plan of care. Outside of work, he enjoys music, Wisconsin sports and hiking with his family. He will be presenting on high blood pressure and heart attack risk.
Tanner Fullmer, MD
Tanner Fullmer, MD is an otolaryngologist with Ascension Medical Group. He is board-eligible in otolaryngology - head & neck surgery and provides individual care to adults. Dr. Fullmer has special interests in head and neck cancer, thyroid cancer, diseases of thyroid and parathyroid, salivary disease, head and neck masses, enlarged lymph nodes, robotic surgery, laser surgery, complex skin cancer of the head and neck, and general otolarynogology.
David Grambow, MD
Dr. Grambow is a board certified physician in Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology and Cardiovascular Disease. He graduated from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine after completing his residency and internship at the University of Texas-Southwestern Medical Center and is currently affiliated with Ascension Wisconsin Columbia St. Mary's Hospital, Ascension Wisconsin Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Hospital, and Orthopaedic Hospital of Wisconsin. Dr. Grambow also serves as a deacon in the Archdiocese of Milwaukee ordained in 2006.
Melissa Grube, MD
Melissa Grube, MD is a Wisconsin-born, raised, and trained NFP-only Family Medicine physician, wife, and mother who takes care of all aged patients from newborns on up, in Mequon, Wisconsin. She has special interests in chronic disease management, integrative medicine, women's health, pediatrics, geriatric care and is a Creighton Model Fertility Care System Medical Consultant. She will be presenting on the topic of diabetes: type 1 vs type 2 diabetes - what it is, how it's diagnosed, prevention strategies, common medications and alternative therapies used to treat it, and why it matters for your overall health and wellbeing.
Francie Laeyendecker, OD
Dr. Laeyendecker graduated from the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point with a BS degree in psychology. She then graduated from Southern California College of Optometry with her Optometry Degree. She will be seeing patients in Neenah, Appleton and Oshkosh. Dr. Laeyendecker enjoys reading, time with family and friends and traveling. What she most enjoys about working with patients is getting to know her patients and forming a trusting healthcare relationship. She is honored when they return to see her.
Jessica Lenaghan, MD
Jessica Lenaghan, MD, is a family medicine doctor with Ascension Wisconsin in Milwaukee, WI. She provides primary care for minor illness and injuries, preventive health screenings, routine check-ups and vaccinations. Dr. Lenaghan has a special interest in pediatrics, chronic disease management, musculoskeletal concerns, women's health and geriatrics. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and children, staying active and cheering for the Packers, Brewers and Golden Eagles.
Adam Romeiser, MD
Adam Romeiser III is an internal medicine physician practicing in Wauwatosa. He graduated from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in 2007 and then completed his residency in internal medicine at Northwestern in 2010. He subsequently worked in outpatient and hospital medicine for nine years on the west side of Chicago at Lawndale Christian Health Center before moving up to the Milwaukee area in 2019 with his wife and five children. He has an interest in complex chronic disease management, maintaining health and wellness, and spirituality in medicine.

Sudeep Sodhi, MD
Dr. Sodhi provides personalized care for people with gastric disorders. A board-certified in internal medicine, he earned his medical degree from the Indira Gandhi Medical College, Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India and served his internal medicine residency at Presbyterian Medical Center, at the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. He served his fellowship in gastroenterology and hepatology at Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia Pa. He is also interested in nutrition, integrative medicine and helping people optimize their weight and believes strongly in a relationship of wellbeing with good nutrition, regular exercise and having some form of stress modulation technique in our busy lives.
RaeAnn Thomas, Director of Ascension WI EAP
RaeAnn has worked in the Mental Health and Employee assistance field since the mid 1980's and currently leads a team of 15 counselors providing services to many organizations including the Diocese of Green Bay, clergy and laity, as well as more than 150 organizations. In addition to her work as a leader and counselor, RaeAnn is a Spiritual Director, having completed the SDPP program offered at the Franciscan Spirituality Center in LaCrosse WI. She provides individual spiritual direction and occasional retreats. She is an affiliate of the Franciscans Sisters of Perpetual Adoration and serves on their Affiliation Operating Board.
Christopher Weber, MD
Dr. Weber is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Obesity Medicine and serves as the Medical Director for Ascension Wisconsin's Bariatric Program. He sees patients in both his primary care clinic and at Columbia St Mary's hospitals. With Ascension, he is involved in clinical research, patient advocacy, and community engagement.
Heather Wells, MD
"My mission is to provide the highest quality dermatologic care to people of all ages." Dr. Wells earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison in 1998, and completed her dermatology residency at the University of Missouri Columbia School of Medicine. She is board certified in dermatology and provides general dermatology, as well as cosmetic laser treatment, chemical peels, Botox, and fillers for facial wrinkles.
Kayla Zeno
Kayla came to Ascension after receiving her bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training from Marquette University, where she worked with numerous intercollegiate athletic teams and completed an internship in sports medicine at Northeastern University in Boston. She has served as the athletic trainer for Racine Horlick High School, Racine Lutheran High School, and is currently the athletic trainer at The Prairie School in Wind Point. Additionally, she has served the organization by providing medical coverage at community athletic events, assisting physicians in the concussion clinic, and teaching exercise classes for older adults both at the hospital and at Siena Center. She was promoted to the role of Athletic Training Supervisor.
