A conversation with Michael Naughton, Ph.D., the director of the Center for Catholic Studies, The University of St. Thomas (Minnesota) where he holds the Koch Chair in Catholic Studies, and William Bowman, MBA, the dean of The Busch School of Business and Economics, Catholic University of America,
to reflect on Christian business leadership in light of the principles of human dignity and the common good;
to encourage all who work in business to recognize their work as a true vocation and to respond to God's call in the spirit of true disciples inspired by their faith and moral convictions, and;
to engage in a practice of discernment to evaluate what is being passed on to younger generations.

The Pallium Lecture, a presentation selected by Archbishop Jerome E. Listecki, is an opportunity for the faithful to learn from national and international experts on a variety of topics that are pertinent to Catholic life in today’s world.
