St. Rita Parish Festival is returning in 2022 on Friday August 19 (5 PM-11 PM), Saturday August 20 (12 noon-11 PM), and Sunday August 21 (12 noon-8 PM).
This year, midway-style carnival rides are back. There are also FREE kids’ games for all ages with prizes on Saturday and Sunday, noon-4 pm. In addition, a story-telling Mermaid and two shows, including a magician, aerial acrobatics, fire performance and juggling are FREE for children to enjoy, Saturday 1-3pm and Sunday 2-4pm.
As always, there will be a Fish Fry on Friday from 5 PM to 7 PM and a Chicken Dinner from 12 noon to 3 PM on Sunday. Dinners are $12 per person.
Scheduled bands playing in the Entertainment Tent are: Friday - The Cheap Shots (7-10:30 PM); Saturday - Weird Science (2:30-5:30 PM) and Almighty Vinyl (7-10:30 PM); Sunday - Full Flavor (12-2:15 PM) and Mt. Olive (3:30-7:30 PM).
Food favorites like, our homemade Italian Sausage and Italian Beef sandwiches, brats, hamburgers, and corn-on-the-cob will be available. NEW this year will be baked potatoes with assorted toppings for you to add.
The always-popular Meat and Basket Raffles are back, as well as the Super Raffle with a first prize of $1500.
