Duties and Responsibilities:
Works with Director of CFM to plan, communicate, and execute all support needed for Child and
Family Ministry programs including program rosters, retreats, attendance records, sacramental forms,
calendaring, and events.
Attends staff, deanery, and Faith Formation Committee meetings. Attends other meetings at the request
of the Pastor/Parish Administrator/supervisor.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Knowledge

Working knowledge in MS Office and Google products.

Valid driver’s license for the State of Wisconsin.

Active Catholic able to participate in the sacramental life of the Church.
In addition to the respective position title:
Child and Family Ministry Coordinator:

Theology/Religious certification or experience in an educational field.
-
Two years or more experience in a parish or Catholic school setting as a teacher/administrator/catechist preferred.
