Development/Alumni Director

  • Collaborate with the President and Marketing Director to create and implement a fundraising plan.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive alumni relations program that effectively engages and cultivates relationships with alumni.
  • Obtain financial support from individuals and organizations.
  • Plan and coordinate fundraising and alumni special events.
  • Generate development strategies and materials.
  • Previous Management experience preferred.

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Development Director or similar role.
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills. The ability to speak with donors and other stakeholders across the organization.
  • Work with fundraising software and the tools to track progress throughout the year.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track.
  • Ability to travel and work evenings and weekends as necessary for events and activities.
