Qualifications

1. Current State of Wisconsin teaching license (or meet all requirements for a plan of study to obtain licensure). 

2. Working knowledge of Google Suite and ability to integrate technology

3. Knowledge of Reader’s and Writer's Workshop Models

4. Knowledge of Standards Based Grading principles and practices

5. Believes ALL students can learn at high levels

6. Models Catholic spirituality, attitudes, and behaviors. Practicing Catholic preferred. 

7. Professional working attitude and collaborative approach.

8. Strong verbal, written, communication, and organizational skills.

9. Passionate and dynamic team player

10. Experience as a paraprofessional on in a child care setting
