St. Matthias Parish School is a Catholic elementary school seeking a collaborative, innovative educator to join our school staff as a middle school homeroom teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal qualified candidates at St. Matthias will job share and split the teaching responsibilities of 6th - 8th grade Social Studies along with English/Language Arts and Religion to their homeroom. This is a part time position with a job share, or could be a full time position for one person. The middle school is organized with a team of three core teachers. In our school, we have adopted standards-based learning, instruction, and grading.

Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Knowledge:
1. Bachelor's degree required, preferably in the field of teacher education or related field.
2. Current State of WI teaching license (or meet all requirements for a plan of study to obtain licensure).
3. Working knowledge of computer software (Google Suite, Google Classroom, Microsoft Word, etc).
4. Practicing Catholic preferred.
