Holy Apostles Catholic Parish is seeking a Mission Manager: Finance to promote and champion our parish/school mission by providing financial services as they relate to accurate accounting, cash management, accounts payable/receivable, investments and budgeting.
This is a 30 hours per week position. Hours required on Mondays and Thursdays, flexible hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Friday.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains an accurate filing, recordkeeping, and reporting system for all the parish/school financial matters.
- Prepares monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports for parish/school and Archdiocese, as needed.
- Prepares, administers, and reviews/monitors the parish/school budget
- Prepares and communicates Confidential Financial Statement (CFS).
- Monitors the collection, counting, recording, depositing, and reconciling of parish/school revenue from all sources.
- Parish contact and staff liaison to Financial Council, Investment ministry, Trustee, Pastor, affiliates, and the Archdiocese.
- Ensures internal controls consistent with Archdiocese policies.
