Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college/university;

Must be a practicing Catholic

Strong background in Catholic Theology and the ability to engage students of all religious backgrounds

Appropriate certification by the Wisconsin DPI – preferred in areas of Social Sciences including Broad Field Social Studies (1701), History (1725), Sociology (1745)

Demonstrated ability to work well with colleagues, particularly on the departmental level and in professional learning communities;

Excellent communication skills, particularly with parents/guardians and colleagues;

A desire for continuous improvement;

Experience with educational technology tools;

Willingness and desire to become involved in the wider school community through club moderation, coaching, etc;

Support of the mission, values, and vision of the future of Pius XI Catholic High School.
