The eight priorities in each of the two divisions of parishes and parish leadership are shown along with the percentage of vote each received. Comments after the top three in each division indicate how they will be acted upon. Many were referred to Synod implementation priority teams.
In order to truly plan for the future, it is important to have an understanding of the current reality and what is projected. Each deanery has its own link to a report about the current and future of the deanery. These reports serve as important background information but will not be discussed at the March Forum. Together with updated information about the number of priests available in the future from Rick Tank which will be shared at the Forum, the demographic reports will form the basis for informed decision-making.
