St. John Vianney Parish School (SJV) in Brookfield is seeking a caring, energetic, organized, and resourceful K4 Instructional Aide to join our talented Early Childhood team.

Responsibilities:

• Support and engage with K4 students during learning activities and playtime
• Supervise students to ensure a safe and nurturing classroom environment
• Assist with classroom organization, preparation of materials, and daily routines
• Collaborate effectively with the lead teacher and early childhood team

Qualifications

• Experience working with young children preferred
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow daily routines
• Dependable, patient, and nurturing in nature
• Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit
• Must pass a background check and complete the Archdiocese of Milwaukee’s Safe Environment Training
