Holy Family Catholic Community (Fond du Lac, WI) is hiring for a Director of Worship. In close collaboration with Holy Family’s priests and parishioners, the Director of Worship would be entrusted with the responsibility of the liturgical life of the six churches of the parish community, with particular attention given to sacred music in our worship of God, according to the fullness of the beautiful liturgical tradition of our Roman Catholic Church.

The Director of Worship will work with the Priest Team and Liturgical Coordinator to plan weekend and Holy Day liturgies, petitions, etc., as well as the manifest their vision for the liturgical year, liturgical season, and sacramental celebration. They will plan and oversee music for all liturgies, including weekend, weekday, funerals, weddings, baptisms, and more. The position will require working on weekends and Holy Days, including Christmas, Easter, and special feasts, as well as for special services.  

The person in this role should hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and be a practicing Catholic with a love for God and the Sacred Liturgy. They should possess performance skills for the keyboard and/or other musical instrument and voice. The abilities to multitask, prioritize, maintain attention to detail, and have strong verbal and written communications are essential to this position.
