This full-time position involves teaching middle school students (grades 6–8) in close collaboration with a dynamic MS team.

Position Responsibilities
- Form students intellectually, morally, and spiritually in accordance with the teachings of the Catholic Church, integrating Catholic faith and authentic Catholic Social Teaching throughout the curriculum
- Teach Middle School ELA, Social Studies and Elective courses aligned with Archdiocesan and state standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues, administration, and support staff
- Create engaging, developmentally appropriate lesson plans that foster curiosity, critical thinking, and inquiry
- Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
- Consistently assess student progress and communicate effectively with students and families
- Maintain a positive, structured classroom environment marked by order, respect, charity, and virtue.
- Serve as a visible witness to the Catholic faith in word and example.
- Support and participate in the sacramental and liturgical life of the school.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (required)
- Wisconsin teaching license or ability to obtain licensure
- Commitment to teaching in full fidelity to the Magisterium of the Catholic Church.
- Middle school teaching experience
- A proven track record and commitment to meeting the needs of students through collaboration and true differentiated instructional practices.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
